Press elbow should be not smaller than the outside diameter of the pipe. 有用与否，完全看遗传如何。这类观点，我们把它称之为“遗传决定论”。其错误的实质，在于把人的身心发展，完全归结为遗传素质一个因素，在人的发展问题上陷入了宿命论的泥坑。 遣传决定论的观点固然是错误的，但否定遗传作用的观点也是错误的。在对遗传决定论的批判中，有的人往往说“遗传对人的身心发展不起决定作用”。实际上，这话有点似是而非。因为这种讲法，把遗传从生物可能性上对人的身心发展起决定作用的事实也否定了。就是说，在对遣传决定论的批判上，真理多向前跨了一步，变成了廖误。 ?遗传不能最终决定个体发展的方向、内容和水平。因为个体身心的最终发展方向、内容和水平，是在遗传的基础上，由后天的环境和教育作用的结果。遗传提供的是人的身心发展的物质前提，是人的身心发展的一种生物可能性，但可能性只是一种潜在的东西，不等于现实性。如果没有后天的环境和教育提供使这种可能性变为现实性的条件，这种发展的可能性本身，也将泯灭。例如，1920年，在印度加尔各答附近发现两个狼孩，她产本来都是由人的母体降生的人，具有由遗传决定的人的发展可能性。但由于幼小时被狼叼走养育，没有接受过人类社会环境和教育的影响，当她们被人发现时，已经不能直立行走，而是像狼一样四肢落地并养成了狼的生活习性，没有人的语言和思维，没有人的情感和兴趣。由此可知，人的身心的最终发展方向、内容和水平都不是仅仅由遗传决定的。 从反映论的观点为看，人的心理是在遗传提供的发展可能性的基础上，由环境和教育决定的。因为人的心理，就其内容而言，是指人的知识、技能、思想、品德等等，它们不是先天地存在于人身上的，而是后天在与环境的相互作用过程中，人接受环境和教育影响的结果。因此，人的心理内容，不可能由遗传决定，而只能由环境和教育来决定。 ?遗传对个体身心发展的影响，具体表现为:遗传素质的成熟水平制约着个体身心的发展水平;遗传素质的个别差异在一定程度上制约着个体的身心发展差异。“成熟”这一概念，从生理学上讲，是指人体的器官由于生长发育到一定程度，其机能达到可以发挥某种功用的程度。如大脑神经系统，当它生长发育到少年期的阶段，它就具有了相当程度的抽象思维的功能。只有在这时，才有可能通过学习与训练，使个体的抽象思维能力得到长足的发展。1929年，美国著名儿童心理学家格赛尔选择同卵双生子T和C作为实验对象，他让T从出生后第48周起每日作10分钟的爬梯练习，连续训练6周。在此期间，C则不进行这种练习。C从第58周起开始作与T同样的训练，只训练了2周，C就赶上了T的水平。格赛尔的实验表明，遗传素质(特别是大脑神经系统)的成熟程度，是人的身心发展中的起关键性作用的因素，遗传素质未成熟，企图通过“超前”的训练达到身心发展的某种水平，是徒劳无益的。 遗传素质的个别差异，在一定程度上制约着个体身心发展的差别。在遗传学上有一个遗传度(力)的概念，指的是遗传在人的身心发展中的作用与遗传、环境(包括教育)两者在人的身心发展中的作用的比值。研究已经表明，知高的遗传度(力)男性为79%，女性为92%。体重的遗传度(力)男性为50%，女性carried out; 4) for spring hangers (included simple spring, hangers and constant support hangers) it should also be recognized as setting and locking of loads. 5) check the surface quality, folded layering and without cracks, rust and other defects. 5) after completion of the test and control drawing number one by one, by series baled.
