Dr.sunyat-sen’smausoleum1928，underconstruction…intendingtoremindpeoplenevertogetself-contentedEntrance（孝经鼎）Pleaselooktothesouth.thereisaoctagonalstoneplatforminthreelevelofwitheachenclosedbyastonerailing.Onthetopleveloftheplatformstandsathecopper"ding"withtwoloopedhandlesandtwolegs,weighing5000kilogram.Itis4.25metershighanditsdiameteris1.23meters.ItwaspresentedbyMr.DaiJitaoandallthestudentsandfacultyofZhongshanUniversity.（博爱坊）Steppingonthesteps,attheoppositesideofthe“ding”,wewillseeasoaringmemorialarchwaywithfourcolumns.thearchwaywasbuiltbetween1931and1933,12metershightand17.3metersinwidth.now,lookupattheshiningwordsinscribedonthehorizontalboard.thewordinenglishmeanfraternity.theywerewrittenbyDr.sunyat-sen.Thesetwowordsarequotedfromatangdynastypoethanyu's"fraternityishumanity".Dr.sundevotedhiswholelifetodemocraticrevolutionwithgreatfraternityandstruggledforthenationalindependence.Sowecansaythat"fraternity"isthebestgeneralizationofhislife.（墓道）Furtherfromthefraternityarchway,thereisa480meterslongtombavenueleadingtothemausoleum.Bothsidesoftheavenueareplantedwithpines,gingkoandmapletreesetc,havingreplacedthestonestatuesandanimalsbeforeancienttombs.ThetombavenueinsuchadesignmaybestembodyDr.Sun’sspiritandnoblecharacter.墓道(石阶)Goingoutofthepavilion,we‘llseenumerouslayersofsteps.whenwelookingup，wecanonlyseethesteps.Whenwelookingdown，wecanonlyseetheplats.AndthisisthegreatdesignofYangTingbao.(纪念堂)Ascendingthesteps,Nowweareinfrontofthememorialhallandthecoffinchamber.Theyarethemajorpartsofthemausoleum.Thelintelofthememorialhallisinscribedwith“nationalism,democraticrightsandpeople’slivelihood”.Averticalplaqueundertheeaveisinscribedwith4characters“tiandizhengqi”meaningimperishablenoblespirit.InthecenterofthememorialhallsitstheItalianwhitemarblestatueofDr.SunYatsenmountedonpedestalcarvedinbas-reliefbyPolishsculptorabouthisrevolutionaryactivities.ThesurroundingwallsareinscribedwiththenationalconstitutionwriteenbyDr.SunYatsen.(墓室)Behindthememorialhall,wehavecometothecoffinchamber.Thetombisahalfglobeinshape.ThevaultceilingofthechamberisdecoratedbyaK.M.T.emblem.Inthemiddleofthechamberisaroundtombpitenclosedbyamarblerailing,andinwhichamarblecoffinisplacedwiththesleepingstatusofDr.SuninChinesetunicsuitonitstop,asifhewererestinginpeace.Buthisremainsareburied5metersdeepunderneath.OpentovisitorsonhisbirthdayTheDrSunyatsen’smausolumisfreeofcharge！WelcometoNanjing~
