smaybeamendedbytheOrganization,providedthat:.1amendmentstopart1andpart2oftheROCodeareadopted,broughtintoforceandtakeeffectinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofarticleVIIIofthepresentConvention;.2amendmentstopart3oftheROCodeareadoptedbytheMaritimeSafetyCommitteeinaccordancewithitsRulesofProcedure;and.3anyamendmentsadoptedbytheMaritimeSafetyCommitteeandtheMarineEnvironmentProtectionCommitteeareidenticalandcomeintoforceortakeeffectatthesametime,asappropriate.”
