Housekeeping Key(HSKPG管家卡) 7.Inhibit Key(取缔卡) 8.Latch/Unlatch(常开/常关卡) 9.Grand Latch/Unlatch Key(主常开/常关卡) 10.Grand Master Key(G.M主管卡) 11.Emergency Key(EM紧急卡) 12.Electronic Lockout Key (E.L.O反锁卡) 门卡功能介绍: 1.Room Key(客房卡) These keycards can open only one Lock and are issued to guest at check-in. 该级别为客人级别普通钥匙,一把钥匙只能开启相对应的一把锁,在登记入住时签发给客人。 2.Special Room(特殊功能房卡) These keycards can open only the corresponding lock. 该级别为特殊功能房间钥匙,一把钥匙只能开启对应的一把锁。 4.Limit Use Key(限次使用卡) These keycards functions to open certain rooms once, but set valid during a period of time(default:1 hour). 该级别为客人级别限次使用钥匙,一把钥匙限定在相应限制时间内(默认1小时)开启相应房间一次。 5.Failsafe Key(备用卡) Every hotel is expected to make several sets of failsafe keys for emergency use, such as the system breaks down,the frontdesk can give out These keycards to the guest to open a certain room. 该级别为客人级别备用钥匙,酒店的每个客房将提前做多套留做备用,每套房卡都能开启所对应一间客房,在前台发卡系统无法正常发卡情况下, 客人登记入住时签发给客人,以保障酒店正常运营。 6.Floor Key(楼层卡) These keycards can open the rooms on the corresponding floor. 该级别为管理级别楼层钥匙,一把钥匙可以开启各相应楼层房间。 7.Housekeeping Key(HSKPG管家卡) These keycards can open the rooms on the corresponding floor level. 该级别为管理级别管家钥匙,一把钥匙可以开启相应多层房间。 8.Inhibit Key(取缔卡) The inhibit keycard is used to prevent the current Guest, Alternate Guest or Failsafe keycards from entering a room. When this keycard is used in the Lock and removed, the current keys of these types will not activate the locking mechanism. This feature prevents guests who have checked out of a room from later reentering the room, and is normally used by housekeeping after the room has been cleaned. 该级别为管理级别楼层取缔钥匙,一把钥匙可以取缔各相应楼层房间,但不能用于开启房门。取缔卡用来阻止当前有效的客人卡、套房卡或备份卡开启相应门锁。当我们将取缔卡插入并抽出时,以上三种卡都将无法再开启门锁。这个功能避免某些已退房的客人使用他的钥匙卡再次进入客房,通常是由客房服务员在客人退房后使用。 10.Latch/Unlatch(常开/常关卡) These keycards are valid for only the corresponding lock. A lock can be programmed to allow a keycard to latch and /or unlatch the lock. When a lock is unlatched, a keycard is not required to open the door. If a keycard is used, the lock will display the normal lights and will function normally. When the lock is once again latched, a valid keycard is required to release the locking mechanism. 该级别为管理级别常开/常关钥匙,每一把钥匙都对应相应房间。 可以使用常开/常关卡操纵门锁切换这两种状态。门锁在通常情况下是保持锁定的,这时插入并抽出常开/常关卡,门锁就自动开启并将一直保持开启状态,此时,不需要使用任何钥匙卡就能直接转动把手开锁;再次插入抽出常开/常关卡,门锁将自动锁定并一直保持锁定,必须使用有效卡片才能开启。 11.Grand Latch/Unlatch Key(主常开/常关卡) These keycards are valid for all rooms. The lock can be programmed so that there is one key to set the electronic lockout and a separate key to remove the electronic lockout, or one toggle key that performs both functions. 该级别为管理级别电子反锁钥匙,一把钥匙可以反锁所有房间,不能用于开启房门,只具备实施电子反锁功能。当实施了电子反锁时,除应急卡外的任何有效钥匙都将无法开启门锁。再次使用该电子反锁钥匙卡就将解除此模式。电子反锁有两种级别,可以指定其中一种只对客人级别的钥匙进行有效电子反锁,而另一种则针对所有管理钥匙和客人钥匙。
