绩效工资分配办法 中科英华长春高技术有限公司 生产系统绩效工资分配办法(试行) 一、总则: 为进一步完善公司内部人员工资分配制度，加大生产人员绩效工资分配比例， 将员工收入分配与工时、技术能力、质量意识、工作态度等指标挂钩考核分配。充分体现高技能、高效率、高工资。 二、适用范围: 直接人工:制造部、高压附件分厂生产工人; 间接人工:生产调度、材料员、质检员、机修动力、仓储工人、技术、研发人员。 三、工资构成: 工资额=岗位工资+职务工资+绩效工资+企龄津贴+质量奖金+中/夜班补助+其他 四、绩效工资分配形式: 1、平均绩效工资:根据单位时间内的总产值及主要质量、成本指标、工时定额完成情况确定平均绩效工资额度，根据月均产值基数递增(减)幅度在单位区间内按系数进行调整确定。 2、员工个人绩效工资: 直接人工: (一)、正常出勤绩效统计 绩效工资=固定绩效/21.75/标准工时*当天有效工时 (1)工人 个人工资总额=岗位工资+绩效工资+企龄工资+质量奖金+中、夜班补助 岗位工资:在岗位工资的相关规定中详细说明 绩效工资:根据个人有效工时参照工时定额核定出当月绩效工资额，并按照个 人绩效考核得分的百分比核算实际绩效工资额。 power supply of computer equipment, the building lightning protection systems on the basis of, installed in the UPS output switch power supply device, three phase line and a zero-line access lightning, lightning protection of distribution and building an indoor room three-level lightning, lightning protection requirements of to reach the engine room. Integrated wiring systems should provide strong systems management capabilities, can effectively manage, system maintenance 岗位工资:在岗位工资的相关规定中详细说明 绩效工资:以制造部平均绩效工资乘以相应的部门系数50%-80%为基数，并根据个人绩效考核得分的百分比核定实际绩效工资额。 (4)测试、研发、技术人员 个人工资总额=岗位工资+职务工资+绩效工资+企龄工资+其他 岗位工资:在岗位工资的相关规定中详细说明 绩效工资:以制造部平均绩效工资乘以相应的部门系数40%-60%为基数，并根据个人绩效考核得分的百分比核定实际绩效工资额。 (二)、加班 加班工资=每小时绩效工资*实际加班时间 ,、直接工人加班根据有效工时按比例计算。标准工时内未完成制造任务量产生的加班不算加班工时，只算正常工时。 2、 直接工人加班原则上串休，当月不能及时安排串休的以个人绩效工资*1.5 (2.0、3(0)倍给予补助。即正常加班×1.5(正常生产延时加班);周休日加班×2.0(周六、周日);法定节假日×3.0(国家法定假日:春节、国庆、五一等)。 3、间接工人加班需提前申请填写《加班申请 表 关于同志近三年现实表现材料材料类招标技术评分表图表与交易pdf视力表打印pdf用图表说话 pdf 》，加班原则上串休，当月不能及时安排串休的按小时核算加班补助，加班时间按4小时起算，由部门经理填报《加班补助审批表》经审批后发放。 4、管理、技术人员加班由部门安排在当月串休(不累计)，不计算加班费。 (三)工时定额的计算与要求 1、工时定额统计(报表)作为绩效工资发放的唯一考核依据，所有生产作业 过程在报表中统一体现。 2、对于各工序员工日定额超标生产，超出交检合格品比例部分按加班计算。 3、对于各工序员工日定额没有完成(无原因)，差缺部分按比例*1.5倍，从固定日绩效工资中扣除。 4、关于工时定额评定，由技术部、研发部、制造部共同审核确定，审批后交由 power supply of computer equipment, the building lightning protection systems on the basis of, installed in the UPS output switch power supply device, three phase line and a zero-line access lightning, lightning protection of distribution and building an indoor room three-level lightning, lightning protection requirements of to reach the engine room.
