【精品】中文学校董事会主席林梢20 又一春 中文学校董事会主席 林梢 又是一个明媚的初春，又是一个中文学校收获的季节。作为今年中文学校的董事长，我代表学校的董事会感谢我们学校今年领导班子的傲人成绩，家长会代表的杰出贡献，还有我们优秀的老师，勤奋的学生，我们得力的后盾-家长们的支持。在这美好的季节，让我们一起重温中文学校2008-2009的又一春…… 让我们先重游今年春光明媚的中文学校:在校长唐建中及各位副校长的积极配合下，今年学校的各项活动都组织得有条不紊。无论是应聘新老师，讲故事比赛，绘画比赛，知识竞赛，还是组织教师培训会，海外作文比赛，家长会以及每周一次的家长通讯，唐校长都周密 计划 项目进度计划表范例计划下载计划下载计划下载课程教学计划下载 ，两位副校长及财务认真负责。蓬勃的校园还来自各位老师的辛勤耕耘，家长的扶持和义务贡献。更值得一提的是我们的家长会代表主席张晓清以及家长会代表李踵，朱宁，朱景华，曾奇，将今年中文学校的筹款募捐及学校各项活动组织得红红火火。 让我们再重温携手办校的日日夜夜:学校的蒸蒸日上校董事会也功不可抹。除了及时审核和改进学校的政策，条例，财政预算，全力协助校长和家长会，今年的校董事会还组织，参与了许多新的活动，比如华社小姐初选，邀请当地图书管理员来中文学校提供借书服务，重组青少年服务队和奖学金委员会，联系及组织了华社，中文学校首次最大的图书CD展销。更有意义的是，我们还组织了三个健康科学系列讲座(金属与健康;DNA与药物;环境毒物与健康)。这些新的活动，都很受欢迎，给学校注入了新的活力。校董事会还与华社，中文学校共同申请了国家健康研究经费，我们下学期将带领中文学校科学俱乐部及青年自愿队的成员在华社及中文学校进行一项当地华人饮食习惯与环境关系的研究。 为了减少教师人员流动，鼓励更多的老师来中文学校教学，本学年校董事会通过并实施了下列新的章程:1)文化班的教师改为每一节课$25;2)除了通常的报酬，语言班的教师将根据在本校的教龄追加一次性奖金: >= 10 年 - $100; >= 8 年 – $75; >= 5 年- $50;>=2 年- $25;3)对学校每年选出得杰出贡献奖的教师给予一次性奖金$100。 校董事会还一致通过了下列新的条例:1)明确中文学校出租条例:私人文化课:$10/每学生/每学期;家长运动俱乐部:羽毛球俱乐部(半场:$50/每学期或$100/年);篮球俱乐部(全场:$100/每学期或 $200/年);2)家长会年度筹款安排:按2008-2009学年财政预算，除$1500直接拨入中文学校帐户外，其余的筹款将放入家长会账户，由家长会计划支持用于学校的各种活动，包括购买学生运动会奖品，奖励 家长会代表及支持学校计划的各种活动。在使用余款前，家长会主席将与校长，校董事会主席商议财政预算计划。 从2009-2010起，中文学校将实行下列校董事会通过的新的条例: 1(增加文化班学费:文化班学费应是语言班学费的一半。从2009秋季起，文化班学费将增加$10，从每学期$45增至$55。 2(为了减少校方工作量，从2009-2010起，中文学校改为一年一次注册。如学生第二学期退学，学校将退回一半学费;如在注册截止期后交费，须交$10迟交费。 3(语言班的教师改为每一节课$22，文化班的教师改为每一节课$27。 4(增加校务人员补助:校长: 每学期增加$100;付校长及财务: 每学期增加$50。 5(舞蹈班服装改革: 从2009-2010起，学校每年将为舞蹈班学生每人付$10服装费 (舞蹈班将取消每人$8的材料杂物费)，其余的服装费用将由学生自己负责。每个注册舞蹈班的学生须先付$25服装订金，如果服装费低于$25，差额将退回。如果服装费高于$25，学生须付清差额。 6(班务费:每班每学生将补助$8 (开班人数:语言班至少4人，文化班至少6人)。每班学生补助总人数不得超过20人。 7(校董事会通过了明年新的董事会成员及校领导班子。人员基本没变，费国平将任明年校董事会主席，唐建中将继续任校长 (详情请参考下列英文名单)。 对在校学生违反学生守则的处理 办法 鲁班奖评选办法下载鲁班奖评选办法下载鲁班奖评选办法下载企业年金办法下载企业年金办法下载 , 如果学生有违反学生守则， 老师及校方可依据情况轻重给予以下处理: , 学生初次违反学生守则，老师可以给予该学生口头警告; , 学生如再次违反学生守则，老师可以给予该学生书面警告，并告知家长及学 校; , 如经老师，家长，校方教育后，学生继续屡教不改;学校可酌情将其退学。 又是一个令人欣喜的春天，又是令人回味的一年。谢谢全校师生，家长，校董事会同僚这几年来对我们学校及我个人在管理中文学校上的协助与支持。愿我们在校园和煦的春风，暖暖的春意中，欣慰地期待着春苗的萌动，成长，成材…… Decisions Approved by the CCC Chinese School Council (2008-2009) School Council members: Shao Lin, Jianzhong Tang, Karl Yang, Bin Du, Shukun Geng, Wenyi Zhai, Guoping Fei, Xiaoqing Zhang, Sandy Metz, Sharon Shieh, Peisheng Zhao, Yun Dai, Huei- cheng Lin 1, To increase tuition for cultural classes. Tuition for cultural classes should be half of the tuition of language classes. The increase is $10 from $45 to $55 per semester. 2. To raise teacher's pay rate: a. To raise language teacher’s pay rate to $22/hour ($4/hour increase); to raise culture teacher’s pay rate to $27/hour ($2/hour increase) (This pay rate will start from 2009-2010). b. Language teacher: award extra lump sum bonus based on the seniority of crevice to the school at each end of semester: $100 for ?10year; $75 for ?8years; $50 for ?5years; $25 for ?2 years. The bonus award starts from this semester. A year is defined as a cumulatively full year of service at the CCC Chinese School (started from 2009 Spring). c. To award outstanding teacher $100 for their service to the community and the school; The council members agreed that a committee will be established to develop award criteria and procedures of outstanding teachers. The final document will be put into the School Operational rules. 3. To increase reimbursement for School administrators: Principal: $100 increase per semester and $50 increase per semester for Vice Principals and Treasurer starting from 2009-2010. 4. Collection of renting fee for gym space or donation to the Chinese School by the end of each semester by school administrators. These include: a. Commercial base (Teacher collect tuition from each student): $10 per student/ per semester; b. Parent Sport Club (depending on the size of the space used) 1) Badminton Club (half gym): $50 / semester or $100 /yr 2) Basketball Club (entire gym): $100 / semester or $200 /yr 5. PTA Annual Fund Raising: A total of $1,500 directly goes to the Chinese School for supporting various school activities as proposed in the 2008-2009 School Budget. The rests of the raised fund will go to the PTA account to use for school activities such as planning and purchasing presents for various sport tournaments, rewarding PTA and room parents, and supporting various school activities. The PTA President will provide a budget plan to the School Principals and School Council Chair for approval before this raising fund is spent. 6. Change of School registration system: a. Registration for the school enrollment will be changed from once per semester to once per school year. Half tuition will be refunded if a student withdraws at 2nd term. b. A late fee of $10 will be applied for registration after the deadline which will be two weeks before the school starting day. 7. Guidelines for costume reimbursement: a. All Chinese School Children’s dance classes: Maximum amount of $10 reimbursement for each student is allowed each year. There will be no $8 per student supply reimbursement. b. Each student who has registered for dance class needs to pay $25 costume deposit in advance. The $25 dollar is the estimated amount for the costume expense. It will be refund to the student if there is any extra money left. On the other hand, if the cost for the costume exceeds the deposit, the student will have to pay the extra amount to cover the expenses for the costume. 8. Guideline for Teacher classroom fee reimbursement: Reimbursement for classroom fee will be set as $8 per student with a minimum of 4 students and 6 students per class for language and cultural class, respectively. The maximum reimbursement will be capped at 20 students/class. 9. A modification to the Student Conduct Code , In the case of a student having misconduct or misbehavior, the corresponding teacher should follow the following guideline: , If it is the first time that the student violates the Student Conduct Code, the teacher could give the student a verbal warning; , If the student violates the student Conduct Code again, the teacher should give the student a written warning.
